The North Dakota Law Enforcement Youth Association (NDLEYA) is a collaborative effort by multiple law enforcement agencies. Our mission is bring together explorers and cadets from agencies in the region of North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota and offer them high quality training in the law enforcement field. Our goal is to assist the students in building their confidence and leadership skills, promoting good citizenship, while helping them make an educated decision about pursuing a career in law enforcement.
